Shabbat Chanukah December 3 at 6:30 PM Join our clergy for Kol Ami's signature #BeTheLight Shabbat Chanukah. Bring your menorah for our traditional community candle lighting outdoors! Then come inside for a Musical Chanukah service that will include a special Klezmer band. Services will be followed by Latkes, Sufganiot and A Food Truck Festival from the incredible Original Herbivore (full dinner can be purchased from the food truck, to be parked at Kol Ami Parking Lot!)

Shabbat Awakening Service Saturday, December 4 at 10:00 AM Our monthly Shabbat Awakening Service in-person and online. Come in-person, or watch the live stream on Kol Ami's Facebook page, YouTube Channel, and temple website.
Family Shabbat: Chanukah Saturday, December 4 at 4:00 PM Families with kids, join Rabbi Eger, Rabbi Levy, and Student Rabbi Rabishaw for a fun celebration of Shabbat and Chanukah. We will sing songs, tell the story of Chanukah, play dreidel, eat Latkes (potato pancakes) and Sufganiyot (jelly doughnuts), and maybe even build our own dreidels!!
Ta'am Ivrit (A Taste of Hebrew) Wednesday, December 8 at 6:30 PM Join Rabbi Levy for a beginners' crash course on the Hebrew language. The class will primarily focus on the Hebrew we find in the prayerbook and Jewish ritual spaces, but will include examples from Modern Hebrew as well.REGISTER HERE
Book Circle: Illumination Night Saturday, December 11 at 4:00 PM Our next Book Circle, lead by Dr. Jane Drucker and David Glickman, is a virtual discussion on Alice Hoffman’s novel, Illumination Night. REGISTER HERE

Broadway Showstoppers: Holiday Edition Sunday, December 19 at 4:00 PM Glenn returns to Kol Ami for one of his outstanding presentations about musical theatre and Broadway. In this zoom session he’ll explore the Christmas/Chanukah/New Year’s season as it appears on Broadway. REGISTER HERE

We will require proof of vaccination for Covid-19 upon entry to the event, either by showing digital proof (photo of your card or digital card) or your hard copy of your vaccination card, along with your Photo ID
