Share the memory of your loved ones!
Rabbi Reznick is inviting all Kol Ami members to share a brief memory or story of your loved ones with her, to be integrated into her sermon for Yizkor. This is something available to every Kol Ami member, and not part of the remembrance scroll. 

Below is a form to insert your name and memory. It is preferred to type (or copy and paste) your text directly into the box, but if you have a Word document you can upload it using the "upload" button. You can also upload a picture.

Maximum uploads are two (2) documents per form.
