Selichot, (meaning forgiveness), is the evening we begin to prepare spiritually for the Days of Awe. This year we will screen the award-winning movie "Never Again is Now" including Q & A with filmmakers Dr. Evelyn Markus and Rosa Zeegers. “Never Again Is Now” is a documentary about the troubling rise of global anti-Semitism. The story is told through the eyes of Evelyn Markus, a Dutch Jewish woman, against the backdrop of her parents’ Holocaust history. This will be followed by our Selichot service and changing of our Torah covers to their white High Holy Day covers.
