This year marks the significant milestone of the 60th anniversary since the arrival of the 1564 Czech Torah scrolls at the Westminster Synagogue in London. In commemoration of this historic event, the Memorial Scrolls Trust is orchestrating a special gathering in Southern California to honor the legacy bequeathed by our ancestors.

 

As one of the congregations that hold a Czech Holocaust scroll in trust, Congregation Kol Ami (and our scroll) will participate in this event.

 

This gathering will provide a unique platform to showcase and share the stories and historical journey of our respective MST Scrolls.
