The Hineni Collective is an 8-session study/singing group exploring themes of the High Holy days. Through discussion and song, we will delve into liturgy and motifs while using traditional Ashkenazi melodies (nusach), as well as contemporary compositions. We come as we are, inviting connections with our traditions, our individual perspectives, and each other. Whether the upcoming holidays are your first or your 101st, we invite you to study and sing with us as we prepare for and mindfully travel through the High Holy Days season. Sessions will be held mostly on Saturdays, but will also be integrated into some synagogue events, giving us opportunities to share our songs and learning with the larger Kol Ami community.
