All families with young children, please join Rabbi Levy and Student Rabbi Frankie Salzman for a special Shabbat picnic to kick off our year of family events! Join us on the Congregation Kol Ami rooftop deck for some singing and crafting as we learn about the Jewish value of hachnasat orchim ("welcoming guests" or "hospitality"). You'll have the opportunity to make special welcome signs for your home and discuss the importance of helping guests feel safe and welcome.
