The meeting will be in-person and only open to members who have paid their yearly dues in full.

Members in Good Standing: If you are unable to join us in person for our Annual Congregational Meeting on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 7:00 PM in Kol Ami's Sanctuary, please fill out this form to assign your proxy. "In good standing" means you have paid your dues in full.
If you assign your proxy to anyone other than Board President Peter Mackler, please note they must be physically present at the meeting and be a member in good standing to vote on your behalf. Individual members are able to hold two (2) proxies.
Please take note of restrictions above for proxies other than Peter Mackler.
