Talmudic Narrative Class Wednesdays, January 7, 14, 21, 28 | 7pm
Beginning in January, Congregation Kol Ami will offer a four-session course on Talmudic Narrative led by our Rabbinic Intern, Rebeca Carrillo. In this series, participants will explore some of the Talmudās most profound stories and examine their role and purpose within rabbinic discourse. Together, we will engage deeply with rabbinic literature and enter the rich world of the sages of late antiquity.
These four classes will be in place of Torah Study on Wednesday evenings.

Beginning with Adam and Eve and continuing to contemporary time, clothing has had a significant relationship with the Jewish people in piety, ritual, culture, secular law, and persecution. Using Biblical text, rabbinic commentary, archaeological finds, and historical observations we will learn about the "Clothes of Judaism."
Introduction to JudaismĀ® is a 15-session course offered annually for those who want to gain a deeper understanding of Jewish life through a Reform lens.
This course is open to all, and is perfect for interfaith couples, those raising Jewish children, spiritual seekers, individuals pursuing or considering conversion, and Jews who want a meaningful chance to reconnect with their Judaism as an adult.
